A.S Paints

You can find us over at D-33 in the B.S Road Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means there are trucks constantly moving around and a lot of dust in the air most days. Our unit is basically a large shed where we keep all the paint supplies and mixing equipment. It is not a place where you would want to wear your best clothes because something always ends up getting splashed or stained by the end of the day. We have been at this location for a good number of years now. The floor is covered in various shades of spilled paint from different jobs over the decades, giving it a colorful look. It feels like a real workshop where stuff actually gets made and handled by real people. We do not have a fancy showroom or sales staff in suits. Usually, it is just us in our overalls moving buckets around and checking inventory lists. The office part is just a small corner with an old computer and a telephone that rings quite a lot during our business hours. We deal with a lot of local contractors and people who need specific types of paint for their projects. It is a straightforward business without any of the extra polish you find in big city stores. We just focus on getting the right cans to the right people. It gets hot in the summer under the metal roof, but we are used to it by now.
