Working out of Ecotech 3 is a different experience. Arun Kumar is located at unit 395 in Udyog Kendra 2, which is part of Gautam Budh Nagar. This is an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. It’s not the kind of place people come to for a stroll. It’s a place for work. The building is a big concrete structure, and 395 is just one of many units. Inside, the space is open and functional. We have high ceilings and a lot of floor space. It gets quite dusty because of all the nearby industry, so we are always cleaning the equipment. The sun beats down on the roof in the summer, making it pretty hot inside until the coolers get going. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day tasks that come with being in an industrial hub. It isn't a glamorous spot, but it’s where the action is for this part of Gautam Budh Nagar. Most of our neighbors are also busy with their own production or logistics. We all know each other by sight. Arun Kumar has been here in Udyog Kendra 2 long enough to know how the rhythm of the place works. It’s a no-nonsense environment where everyone is just trying to get their business through the day.
