We are over in Vaishali Sec-2. Most people around here just know us as the place to go when they need things sorted for a gathering. The shop itself is tucked away, and we spend most of our time preparing for various events in the area. It is a lot of lifting heavy pots and making sure all the spices are ground right. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just get the work done. The kitchen area is always humming with some kind of activity, whether it is chopping vegetables or cleaning up after a big order. Vaishali Sec-2 is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming inside. We have a small team, and we all have our specific jobs. Some of us have lived in this part of Ghaziabad our whole lives. We don't really have a big sign or polished windows. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw us working at a neighbor's place. It can get stressful when we have multiple things happening at once, but we have a rhythm that works. We just try to be honest with people about what we can do and when it will be ready. That is how we have stayed around for this long. It is just a local business trying to do things properly every day.
