Arsvn Infrahomes Private Limited

Our little office for Arsvn Infrahomes Private Limited is at G-11, 9/10 on the ground floor in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Since we are on the ground floor, we get a lot of people just walking by and peeking in through the glass. It’s a busy part of Ghaziabad, and the traffic noise from the main road is something we just live with. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of maps and blueprints taking up the table space. We’ve got a couple of computers that are always running and a printer that sometimes jams when we are in a hurry. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time for that yet. We usually have some tea around 4 PM, which is when we sit back and talk about the progress of our various sites. Most of our work involves checking documents and making sure the local permissions are all in order, which can be a real headache sometimes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work quietly in our corner of Vaishali. The floor gets dirty pretty quickly with people coming in and out, so we keep a broom handy. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place where we just try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss or extra cost to anyone who comes by the office looking for help.
