Aren Tech Solutions Private Limited operates out of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. Specifically, we are over at Ahinsa Khand -I, inside the ATS Advantage complex. Being in a place like ATS Advantage means there is always a lot of activity around us. The security gates, the people walking their dogs, and the general hum of a large residential and commercial area are just part of our daily life. Our office number is 12232, which is quite a high number, but once you find the right block, it’s not too bad. We spend a lot of time in front of our monitors here. Indirapuram is a very crowded part of Ghaziabad, and sometimes it feels like the whole world is trying to drive through the streets right outside our building. We have a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a lounge for guests. Instead, we have rows of desks and plenty of cables running everywhere. Lunchtime usually involves ordering something from one of the many shops nearby or bringing a tiffin from home. We try to keep things practical. If something needs fixing, we fix it. If a project is due, we stay until it’s finished. It is a straightforward way of working that suits us. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the hazy Ghaziabad sky, but it’s home for us and it works for what we need.
