Being inside a residential apartment complex like Garden Apartments means things are a bit more peaceful than the main roads of Ghaziabad. We have a small team here working out of a couple of rooms. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when the work gets too much. We do a lot of our business over the phone and computer, so we don't need a huge storefront. Most of the people we work with just call us up or send an email, but occasionally someone will drop by the apartment. Vaishali is a nice place to be based because it’s close to the metro and easy for us to get around when we need to. Our desks are usually piled with documents and half-empty tea cups. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a regular home-style office where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which adds to the feeling of being part of a community. We like it this way. It’s practical and it works for what we do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass office; we just want to do our work and go home at the end of the day.
