Architects & Engineers

Our office is at plot number 5/1659 in Sector 5 of Vasundhara. It’s a combination of architects and engineers here, so we look at buildings from two different sides. One side cares about how it looks and the other makes sure it doesn't fall down. We have been in this spot for a bit. The area is mostly residential, so we see a lot of people wanting to add an extra floor to their house or fix a basement issue. We don't have a fancy lobby or any marketing people. It’s just a workspace with a lot of heavy desks and old computers that still work fine. We spend our mornings checking over structural details and the afternoons talking to contractors. Sometimes things don't go according to plan on a site, so we have to head out there and figure it out. Vasundhara is a busy place and Sector 5 is no different. There is always some construction noise in the background. We keep things pretty low-key. We aren't interested in being a big firm with hundreds of employees. We like being able to talk to the people we are building for directly. It makes the work feel more real. We just show up every day, do the math, draw the lines, and try to be useful to the neighborhood. Most of our clients live just a few streets away from us.
