We run Arcen Tech Private Limited from a flat in Gaur Green, specifically Flat No. A- 1117A in Nayay Khand-I, Indirapuram. Ghaziabad is where we’ve always been. It’s a residential complex, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big office tower. We started this because we wanted to work on our own terms. Most of our work involves tech consulting and software stuff. Since we are in a flat, it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a small kitchen where we make our own meals sometimes. It’s a tight-knit group. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door. We spend most of our time on video calls or writing lines of code. The internet connection is the most important thing in the room. We’ve had some late nights here, especially when a project deadline is breathing down our necks. But we also have times when it’s quiet and we can just think. Indirapuram is a busy place, but once we’re inside the flat, it’s just us and the computers. We don't do any big promotions. We just rely on the quality of what we build. It’s a practical, low-key way to run a tech business in Uttar Pradesh. We keep things grounded and try to fix problems as they come up.
