We've been over here at Indrapuram for a bit now, specifically at Sk-Iii/6/G-4. Running a facility management business like Applaud Facility Management Limited means there is always something going on. Most days it is just about making sure things work the way they should in the buildings we look after. It's not fancy work, but it matters to the people living and working in these spaces. We handle the daily stuff that usually goes unnoticed until something breaks. My team and I are usually out on site more than we are in the office. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We deal with maintenance, cleaning, and just the general upkeep of the properties. Indrapuram is a busy area, so there's never a shortage of tasks to jump on. We try to keep things straightforward and just get the job done without making a big fuss about it. If a pipe leaks or a light goes out in a common area, that's where we come in. We’ve learned over time that being reachable is probably the most important part of this job. People just want to know that someone is looking after the place where they spend their time. We aren't a massive corporate chain, just a group of people working out of our spot here in Indrapuram trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It gets dusty and tiring, but seeing a building well-maintained is a good feeling at the end of the day. We stay pretty busy.
