Property Magicians

You can find us at 11 Ambedkar Nagar, inside the City Complex on Mizapur Road. The name Property Magicians sounds a bit funny, but we just liked it and it stuck. We don't actually do magic, obviously. We just spend our days looking at property listings and talking to owners. The City Complex is a busy place with a lot of different shops. Our office is small, just enough room for the files and a couple of chairs for visitors. We’ve been on Mizapur Road for a while, so we know most of the shopkeepers around here. It gets noisy in the afternoon when the schools let out and the traffic picks up. We handle a lot of the older buildings in Ambedkar Nagar. Some of them need a lot of work, and we tell people that upfront. There is no use pretending a roof is fine when it clearly leaks. We do a lot of the legwork that people don't want to do themselves. It’s a lot of visiting government offices and waiting in lines. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us answering the phone and writing things down. People usually find us through word of mouth. If someone is happy with a place we found, they tell their cousin or a friend. That's how we stay busy. We just keep things moving along as best as we can.
