Our office is at Vc-1, on the first floor in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. We are specifically in rooms 5 and 6 of the building. Vaishali is a really busy area with a lot of shops, apartments, and people moving around all the time. Being on the first floor is handy because we don't have to wait for the elevator most of the time; we just take the stairs. The space is divided into a few different sections where we handle our daily business. It is not a modern glass-and-steel skyscraper, but it is sturdy and it gets the job done. We have a couple of windows that look out onto the street, so we can see the chaos of the traffic below while we work in the quiet. There is a small tea vendor right outside the main gate who makes excellent ginger tea, which is a staple for us in the winter months. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with motivational posters on the walls. Instead, we have calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. It is a bit messy at times, but that is how we work best. Everyone has their own way of organizing their desk, and we don't mind as long as the work is correct. It is a decent place to spend the day, and being in Vaishali means we are close to the metro if we need to go into Delhi for anything. We have been here for a few years and have gotten used to the noise.
