We are based at 418-B Gaur Green Vista in Nyay Khand-I, Indirapuram. This is right in the heart of Ghaziabad. The building is a well-known landmark in this part of town, so finding us isn't too hard once you get past the local traffic. It is a mix of residential and office spaces around here. Our office isn't very large, but it has everything we need to get our daily work done. We spend most of our time at our desks doing innovation work and managing different projects. Usually, the morning is quite busy with everyone getting their tasks sorted out. We don't have those massive conference rooms you see in movies. Instead, we just talk across our desks if we need to figure something out. It is a very direct way of working. Lunch breaks are usually spent together talking about stuff that isn't work-related. There are plenty of local food joints around Gaur Green Vista if someone wants a change from their tiffin. The area can get crowded, especially in the evenings when people are heading home, but that is just part of living and working in Ghaziabad. We have a few plants around the office to make it feel a bit more like home. It is a practical space for practical people. We don't really go in for much show. We just focus on the stuff on our screens and try to get home on time before the roads get too blocked up.
