Anshu Haircut Saloon

You can find my haircut saloon at Shop Number 23, right on the main road near Mangal Chowk in Indirapuram. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. I’ve been cutting hair here for a few years now. The shop has a few chairs and big mirrors along the wall. I keep my scissors and clippers on the counter, and I try to sharpen them regularly so they don't pull on anyone's hair. Most of the guys who come in just want a simple trim or a shave before they head to work. It’s not a fancy place with expensive coffee, just a straightforward barber shop where you can sit down and get your hair sorted out. On Sundays, the wait can be a bit long because everyone has the day off. I usually have a few magazines lying around, but they’re mostly old. The floor gets covered in hair pretty quickly, so I’m always sweeping between customers. Indirapuram is a growing place, and I see new faces every week, but I still remember most of my regulars’ preferences. It’s a simple life, working with my hands and talking to people from the neighbourhood. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people know where we are. I’m usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just keeping busy with the scissors and the comb.
