Our setup for Anj Real Infra Projects Private Limited is at Plot No. G-6/L-6 in Swaroop Park. If you know the Lajpat Nagar area of Ghaziabad, we are pretty easy to spot. It’s a busy part of town, which is good for an infrastructure business like ours. We moved into this spot a while back to be closer to our project sites. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't go in for fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy to notice them. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on supply deliveries. Ghaziabad-201005 is a fast-moving place, and we try to keep up with that pace. There are four of us who handle the main office work, and then we have the crews out on the sites. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or television ads. Word gets around when you do a job right, and that’s been enough for us so far. Uttar Pradesh is a big state with a lot of construction happening, so there’s always something to stay occupied with. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the permits are in order and the projects are moving. It’s not always easy, but it’s the life we chose.
