We run Ammaiappan Builders And Promoters Private Limited from our place at 107, Gaur Green Avenue. It’s located in Abhaykhand II, which is part of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201001. We’ve been here in Indirapuram for quite some time now, building and promoting properties. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving in, so there is always something to do. Our office in Gaur Green Avenue is where we handle the day-to-day business stuff. We don't go in for all those fancy marketing speeches you hear from some of the bigger companies. We are just local people who know how to build things properly. Sometimes we are out at a site all day and the office is quiet, and other times it’s full of people talking about floor plans or land.
