Amir Land Housing Scheme

Out here on Loni Puta Road, things are always shifting. We are based in D Block of Khushal Park. Our main focus is the housing scheme we’ve been working on for years. It’s a lot of land to keep track of. You’ll usually see us with big maps spread out over the table, trying to figure out where the next line should go. It’s a bit of a mess in the office sometimes, with all the survey documents and plot markers lying around. People stop by Khushal Park to see how the development is coming along. We spend a lot of time outside, actually standing on the dirt and showing people where their front door might be one day. It’s practical work. We aren't selling dreams; we are selling pieces of ground where people can build something. Loni Puta Road can get quite busy with trucks, so it’s a bit noisy, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. We deal with all kinds of folks, from young families to people looking for an investment. We try to be clear about what’s ready and what’s still being worked on. There are always delays with things like electricity or road leveling, and we don’t hide that. It’s better to be honest about the timeline. We’ve been in D Block for a long time now and know the layout better than anyone else around here. It’s just us doing the daily work.
