AMEERAH BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED runs its operations out of H No-111 in Sector-11, Vasundhara. This is in Ghaziabad, which is a busy place right on the edge of the capital. We chose to set up here because it is a good middle ground for all the work we do in the 201010 area. Our office is basically a house that we have turned into a workspace. It makes for a very relaxed and informal atmosphere. We do not have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It is just us working on building plans and making sure our projects are moving forward. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors and checking on site progress. Ghaziabad is growing very fast, so there is always a lot of dust and noise, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep our work practical and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. If a problem comes up on a site, we just go down there and try to fix it. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do a decent job and make sure the buildings we work on are solid. Sometimes we work late into the evening when there is a deadline, but that is just part of the business. We have been here in Sector-11 for a while and we know the local area quite well.
