Akona Engg. Pvt. Ltd. is right here at Plot No.A- 455 on Meerut Mod. We are pretty close to Hindon Dharam Kanta in Hindan Vihar, so if you know that area, you know it gets quite dusty and loud with all the heavy trucks passing by all day. Our day usually starts early when the gates open and the guys start moving things around the floor. There isn’t much to say about the building itself; it’s just a standard workshop space where we get the work done. Some days the machines are running non-stop and you can barely hear yourself think over the noise. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most people find us because they’re already in the neighborhood for other industrial stuff or manufacturing needs. The office is small, just enough room for a couple of desks and some old files stacked in the corner. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing here. It’s mostly about keeping the gear running and making sure the parts are moving out when they are supposed to. Sometimes the power acts up or the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we just keep going. It’s a practical place for practical work. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone covered in a bit of grease or busy on a phone call trying to sort out a delivery. That is just how it is on a normal morning at our plot.
