Our facility is located at Plot No. 20/11 in Site-4, Shahibabad. It's a massive industrial hub, and our plot is just one of many in this crowded area. Ajay Industrial Corporation Ltd. has a lot of heavy equipment and we have a fairly large team working across different shifts. The atmosphere is always one of metal clanging and engines running. It’s a gray, dusty part of town, but there’s a lot of energy because everyone is trying to meet their production targets. We have a front office where the administrative stuff happens, but the real work is on the shop floor. It’s not a quiet place, and you definitely wouldn't want to wear your best clothes here. We deal with various industrial processes that require a lot of attention to detail and hard manual labor. The commute to Shahibabad can be a nightmare with the traffic, so most of us are here early and leave late. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lounge areas; every bit of space is used for machinery or storage. It’s an honest, hard-working environment where we just focus on getting the day's tasks finished. We’ve been in Site-4 for a long time, so we know the local vendors and the way the neighborhood works. It’s just a standard industrial operation, through and through, with people who have been doing this for years.
