Adv Soft Labs Private Limited

We work out of the Aashiana Greens complex in Ahinsa Khand 2. Adv Soft Labs Private Limited is located on the second floor, specifically at 32 Snd Floor. It’s a nice enough spot in Indirapuram. The complex has a bit of green space which is a relief when you’ve been staring at a monitor for six hours straight. Our office is pretty simple. We have the usual desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running everywhere. We do software work, so things can get pretty quiet when everyone is in the zone. We don't have a big HR department or anyone to tell us what to wear, so it’s very casual here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the room. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because it gets hot in the summer. We have a small pantry where we make tea. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, but it’s only two floors so it’s not too bad. We like the location because it’s easy to get to and there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite. It’s just a normal software lab where we try to get things right. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just sit down and do the work.
