Our office is at B-188 in Shalimar Garden. It’s a pretty standard setup in a residential-commercial neighborhood. We chose this spot because it's convenient for the staff and easy enough for people to find once they get into the right block. Adroit Technical Services is really just a group of us who know the technical side of things and work out of this space. It’s not a shiny glass building. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and cables running everywhere. We handle a lot of service requests and technical support from here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. We aren't the type to use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just listen to what the technical problem is and see how we can fix it. Usually, there’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone or over email. The local tea stall nearby is where we usually end up during lunch. It's a simple life. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the optics. If the equipment is working and the clients are okay, then we’ve had a good day. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think, which is a plus when you're dealing with complex technical issues all afternoon.
