Our office is in Ghaziabad at T3/1004 in MCC Signature Heights, Raj Nagar Extension. It’s a big residential and commercial complex, and we are located on one of the higher floors. We work on computer electronics and communication systems. It’s a broad field, but we mostly focus on the technical side of things like repairs and networking. The office is just a regular unit that we’ve filled with workbenches and testing equipment. Because we are in Raj Nagar Extension, there is a lot of traffic around, but once you get up to the tenth floor, it’s relatively quiet. We aren't the kind of company that has a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people who need help with their electronics and find out about us through others. We have a small group of workers who know their way around motherboards and communication hardware. We don’t use any marketing fluff. If someone asks us a question, we give them a straight answer. Some days are just about troubleshooting one single piece of equipment until it finally starts working. It can be tedious, but we are used to it. We like the location because it’s modern, and we have everything we need nearby. We just keep to our schedule and try to get every job finished by the end of the day. It’s just a normal, hardworking office in a busy part of Ghaziabad.
