ACUMEN INNOVATIVE CONSTWELL PRIVATE LIMITED

We run Acumen Innovative Constwell Private Limited from the Royal Shipra building in Sun City. It’s right there in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. If you know the area, it’s a busy spot with lots of apartments and shops. We’ve been working out of 2-C for a while now. The name sounds a bit formal, but we are just regular people who know how to build stuff. Most days are spent on the phone with contractors or checking on the progress of a site. Indirapuram is always under construction, so there is plenty to keep us busy. We handle the structural side of things mostly. It’s not an easy job, especially in the summer heat here in Uttar Pradesh. The dust gets everywhere. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some chairs and a big table for drawings. We don't spend much on marketing because people just see our boards at the sites. We prefer it that way. It keeps the overhead low. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We know each other's families and how everyone works. It’s a decent living. We just try to get the projects finished so the owners can move in or start their own businesses. No big speeches, just concrete and steel. We take the work as it comes and try to stay organized amid all the chaotic city growth.
