Ace Landcraft Llp is based at C-137, Surya Nagar in Ghaziabad. Our office is right there in the 201011 zip code area. We mostly deal with land and how it gets developed. It is a lot of walking around plots, checking boundaries, and looking at how the soil feels. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and Surya Nagar has its own pace. We spend a lot of time in the office going through legal papers and land records, which can be pretty dry work, but it is necessary. Then we head out to the sites to see what is actually happening on the ground. It is a mix of being stuck behind a desk and being out in the sun. We are a Limited Liability Partnership, which just means a few of us are working together on this. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you call us, you are probably talking to one of the people who was just out on a site visit. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with land can be complicated with all the rules and permits, so we just try to stay on top of the paperwork as best as we can. Some days it feels like we are just moving piles of paper, but then we get to see a new project start, and it feels worth it. We are just local guys doing our job in Ghaziabad.
