It’s a lively place with people always on the move. Our office is a small space tucked into one of the residential-style blocks, which gives it a more personal feel. We aren't interested in having a giant office with glass walls; we just need enough room for our servers and a few desks. Working in Niti Khand means we have everything we need close by, from snacks to supplies. The day usually starts early before the traffic really picks up on the main roads. We spend our hours troubleshooting, coding, and chatting about how to fix whatever issue is currently bothering us. It’s just us here, so there’s no corporate red tape to deal with. We make decisions on the fly and just get to work. Sometimes the internet slows down or the weather makes the commute a mess, but we manage to stay on track. We are just regular people who happen to know a lot about technology. We don't use big words to sound important. We just explain things as they are and try to get the work finished on time. It is a humble setup, but it suits us just fine for the kind of work we do every day. We just keep plugging away at it.
