You can find us at A-52 in Assotech, which is part of Crossing Republik in Ghaziabad. It’s a massive residential township, so being here feels a bit different than a typical office park. A lot of us actually live nearby, so the commute is just a short walk or a quick drive across the complex. The office itself is tucked away in the building and it’s a busy place with a lot of energy. We’ve got desks lined up and the walls are mostly covered with whiteboards full of scribbles and diagrams. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is and it works for us. We work on various software solutions, mostly sitting in front of our monitors for eight or nine hours a day. Crossing Republik has plenty of places to grab a bite, so we often head out for lunch together at one of the local stalls. It’s a good environment because there’s always something happening outside. We started this small and have just kept it going year after year. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy corporate policies. We just figure things out as we go and try to stay on top of our projects. It’s a practical setup for a software company in a place like Ghaziabad. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If someone’s tired, they just take a break and come back later. It's just a normal workplace with people doing their jobs.
