Up in B-1710 at Gaur Global Village, you will find us working at 3Smind Technologies Private Limited. We are located in the Crossing Republic area of Ghaziabad, which is a pretty well-known spot for people around here. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and people trying to stay focused on their screens. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work somehow. We started this company because we wanted to see what we could do on our own. It has been an interesting journey so far, with plenty of ups and downs along the way. Ghaziabad is a busy city, and being in a place like Gaur Global Village makes it feel like we are right in the thick of things. We do not go in for all the corporate jargon you hear these days. We just use plain English and try to be clear about what we are doing. The air conditioning makes a weird rattling noise sometimes, and we probably need to buy more filing cabinets, but the atmosphere is generally okay. We are just a bunch of regular people working in Uttar Pradesh, trying to build something that lasts. Most days involve a lot of typing and the occasional argument about which local tea shop is the best. It is a simple life for us.
