The Raj Nagar Extension area is full of new buildings, and we are right in the middle of all that dust and noise. The name 24X7 kind of tells you how we work—it feels like the phone never stops ringing and there is always something that needs attention, whether it is a late delivery or a question from a site supervisor. Meerut Road is a major artery, so we are always dealing with the logistics of moving materials through heavy traffic. Our office is where we try to make sense of all the chaos. We have stacks of maps and site plans everywhere. It is a lot of coordination with different teams and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't do anything too fancy; we just focus on the infrastructure side of things and making sure the foundations are solid.
