If you head over to Mehsaul in Sita Marhi, you’ll find us right near the Gaya Bazar area. We’ve been making food products here for a while now, and the smell of spices and grains is usually pretty strong around our place. It’s a busy part of town, and there are always people moving around the market nearby, so it never really stays quiet for long. Our facility is practical—we have the machines for processing and a big area for packing everything into bags. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that; you just walk right into where the work is happening. Sometimes the dust from the flour or the spices gets everywhere, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up at the end of the shift. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we’ve grown a bit over the years. We source most of what we use from the local area when we can. The workers are mostly from the surrounding neighborhoods, and we’ve all grown up around here. We just try to make sure the food products are packed right and leave the warehouse in good condition. It gets really hot in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we have some big fans that help a little. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do a good job for the people in Sita Marhi.
