Rakesh Mukesh Food Products Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of Baker Ganj Gola Road for quite a while now. It is not a very big setup, just a regular place where we get the work done every day. Rakesh and Mukesh started this together and you can usually find one of them around the office talking to vendors or checking on the latest batch of food items. The area around Gola Road is always crowded and noisy, which makes the mornings pretty hectic when the delivery trucks try to squeeze through the narrow spots. Inside our facility, it smells like spices and grain depending on what we are processing that day. We handle a lot of different food products, mostly stuff that people use in their kitchens every day. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the desks are piled high with ledgers and receipts because we still do a lot of things the old way. We don’t have fancy meeting rooms or anything like that. People just drop by, have a cup of tea, and talk about the orders. It’s a lot of manual work, moving sacks around and making sure the packaging is tight so nothing spills out. We are just a local group of people trying to keep the business moving and making sure the shops in the area get what they need. It is a bit messy sometimes but that is just how it goes when you are working with food products in a busy market.
