S & K Magadh Farms Private Limited

Our office is in Shop G of the Gurudev Apartments, located on Bajaja Road in Gaya. It is a busy part of town with a lot of shops and people moving about. S & K Magadh Farms Private Limited is our small venture, and we run everything from this ground-floor shop. It isn’t a huge farm site itself, but this is where we do all the planning and meet with people. Bajaja Road is always full of life, and being in the Gurudev Apartments makes it easy for people to stop by. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a lot of staff in suits. It’s just a plain room where we keep our records and talk business. We chose Gaya because it’s our home and we know the area well. The work involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of what’s happening on the land. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a local business trying to make a name for ourselves by being reliable and straightforward. Some days the shop gets crowded with people and paperwork, but we manage to get through it. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get customers. We just stay open, do our work, and talk to whoever comes through the door. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. The traffic on Bajaja Road can be quite loud during the day, but you eventually stop noticing the honking.
