Nishanta Dot Com is based right here in Gaya, Bihar. Being in a place like Gaya means things move at their own pace. We work on computers and do internet things, but the world outside is very different. Sometimes the cows are blocking the road and sometimes the heat is so bad that the computers start acting up. We have a small setup. It’s mostly just us sitting in front of screens for hours. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s a simple room with enough plugs for our gear. We do all sorts of digital work because that’s what people around here need. Some days we are helping a neighbor get online and other days we are working on something bigger for a person far away. We like being in Bihar. It’s where we are from and where we want to stay. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. If you need something fixed or built online, we try to help out. We’ve had our share of struggles with slow connections and power cuts, but we find ways to get the work done. It’s just a small local shop trying to make sense of the digital world from a quiet corner of Gaya.
