Junior Dps

Junior Dps is located right on the Main Road in AP Colony, which is a pretty active part of Gaya. Being on the main road means there’s always something happening outside our doors. We have a bright building that stands out a bit from the neighbors. Inside, we’ve tried to make it as welcoming as possible for the young kids. There are lots of posters and bright colors on the walls to keep things interesting. Most of the day is spent handling the energy of small children. They are always on the move, whether it’s in the activity rooms or the small play area we have. We have a small team of teachers and helpers who keep an eye on everything. It can get quite loud, especially during lunchtime or when they are playing outside. We don't have a massive campus, so we use the space we have as efficiently as we can. Dealing with the traffic on the main road during drop-off and pick-up times is probably the hardest part of the day. We have to be very careful with the gates. Our office is just a small room near the entrance where we talk to parents and handle the paperwork. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t follow a corporate handbook; we just do what works for the kids and their families here in Gaya. It's a busy, noisy, but satisfying place to be.
