Jiahnagpatney Maa Consultancy It (Opc) is located at Kaveri -06 in the Vastu Bihar area. We are right near the DAV school in Gaya. It’s a fairly easy spot to find once you get into the 823003 area. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, which is good for the kind of work we do. Since it's an OPC, it is a smaller operation, mostly just me and a couple of helpers when things get busy. We don't have a big corporate floor or anything like that. It’s just a practical office space where we keep our files and computers. Being near the school means there is always some activity during the day, which keeps things from feeling too isolated. We moved into this Vastu Bihar spot because it felt like a stable place to set up. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide our consultancy services to anyone who needs them in Gaya. The name is a bit of a mouthful, we know, but it means something to us. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and sitting in front of screens. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer. It's a very informal environment. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through our list of things to do before the sun goes down. It's a calm life.
