About Agarwal Flour Mill – Food & Beverages in Gaya
Agarwal Flour Mill is tucked away in Gudri Market. If you know where the LIC building is on Station Road, then you’ve probably walked right past us. We have been grinding grain here for years. The sound of the machines is something you just get used to after a while. It’s a bit noisy and there’s always a fine layer of flour dust on everything, but that’s just how a mill is. We see all kinds of people coming through here, from families getting their weekly supply to smaller vendors. Station Road is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment. We don’t have a polished showroom or anything. It’s just the machines, the sacks of grain, and us. We do the work ourselves, making sure the flour comes out just right. Sometimes the old machines act up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them with a wrench and some oil. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. The market can be a bit of a squeeze, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We like being in the middle of it all. It feels good to know that the flour we make ends up in so many kitchens around here. We don’t need anything fancy to do our jobs. Just the grain, the power, and some hard work every single day.
