It is a bit different because it’s part of a residential development, so the vibe is a lot more relaxed than a standard office block. Yatiken Software Solutions has its setup here in Gautam Buddha Nagar, 201305. We have a nice view from the windows, which is a bit of a bonus when you’re staring at code all day. The space is basically a large apartment that we have turned into an office. It’s got a homey feel to it. We have a small table for lunch and a few couches where we sometimes sit when we need a break from the desks. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment with bosses in suits. We are all on a first-name basis and just get on with the software work. The elevator can be a bit slow during peak hours, but that’s just part of living and working in a big complex. We like it here because it’s quiet enough to actually focus. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably just see a few people focused on their screens and maybe hear some music playing quietly in the background. It’s a very simple, honest way to run a tech company. We just do our thing and stay out of the way. It’s worked out well for us so far.
