Xerarc Technologies Private Limited is based at Chandramauli, specifically Block No. A-21. We are located in the 4-Nalanda Society, which is quite close to Kotecha Chowk. It is right off Kalawad Road, a place many people in the area know well. Our setup is pretty modest, just a regular space in a residential-style block. We like being in this part of town because it feels a bit more like a community than a cold industrial park. Most of us have been working together here for some time now. We don't have a big corporate structure or many layers of management. If something needs to be done, we just talk it over and get to work. The office has a very lived-in feel to it, with stacks of papers and personal items on the desks. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with getting our daily work finished on time. The traffic around Kotecha Chowk can get a bit crazy during rush hour, so we usually try to time our arrivals and departures to avoid the worst of it. It’s just a practical way to run a small business. We appreciate the quiet moments when we can just focus on the technical details of what we are doing. It’s a steady life for us here in the society, and we don't plan on changing our ways anytime soon.
