Violet Innovation Private Limited is located at 132, Sector-1 in Chiranjeev Vihar. It’s a pretty normal street, and we fit right in. We aren't some high-tech lab with white walls and robots. It’s just an office where we try to come up with new ideas and make things work better. The team is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have those long meetings that go nowhere. If something needs fixing, we just talk across the room and deal with it. Chiranjeev Vihar is a good spot for us because it isn't as crowded as the main city centers, but we still have everything we need nearby. We spend our days researching and putting together projects. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, and we have to start over, but that’s just how innovation goes in the real world. We aren't trying to sound like a giant multinational. We are just local people with a background in tech who wanted to do something on our own. Our desks are usually a mess of papers and parts. We drink a lot of tea and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a simple life, but the work is interesting enough to keep us coming back every morning. We just focus on getting the day's work done and making sure our clients are satisfied with the final result.
