Our place is located at 16 Arjun Nagar in the Site C Surajpur Industrial Area. Vertex Power Controls Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around us. We spend most of our time working on power control systems. It’s not the kind of shop where people just wander in off the street. Usually, it's engineers or factory managers who come by because they need something specific for their setup. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the technical side of things and keep our records. We have a small team here. Some of us have been in this industry for years, so we know the local grid and the common issues that pop up around Surajpur. We don’t have a big marketing department or a flashy website. Most of what we do comes from word of mouth within the industrial park. Sometimes it gets pretty hectic when a client has an emergency, but we just handle it as it comes. It can be a bit quiet on the weekends when the rest of the area shuts down, but during the week, it’s all hands on deck. We just focus on the work in front of us and making sure the control panels are right before they go out. There is always a lot of dust from the nearby construction, but we just keep the components covered and keep working.
