Our place is over in Sector 3, at unit D-239. It’s a pretty standard spot for this kind of work in this part of town. We deal with electronics, so there are always wires and components scattered around the workbenches. It’s not the tidiest place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a decent amount of time now. The neighborhood is mostly other small businesses and workshops like ours. It can get a bit noisy during the day with all the activity and deliveries happening around us. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to handle the phones. It’s just a few of us making sure the electronics are handled right and checked properly. Some days we are buried in repairs or assembly work that takes hours of focus. We try to keep a steady pace so we don't get overwhelmed by the pile of work. The lighting in the back could be better for sure, but it works for what we need to do. People usually find us through word of mouth from other people in the sector. We don't spend any money on big ads or billboards. We just prefer to do the work and let that speak for itself. It’s a quiet life in some ways, just focusing on the technical side of things and getting the circuits right. We just show up every morning and get through the work on the desk. It’s a regular, honest way to make a living.
