Vavaian Web Solutions Private Limited is located in Village Sarfabad in Noida, right near the Barat Ghar. Being close to a Barat Ghar means things can get pretty loud during the wedding season. We often hear the bands playing and the processions going by while we are trying to fix code or talk about web designs. It is a bit different from the usual corporate sectors in Noida, as Sarfabad has more of a local, community feel to it. Our office is a simple building that we have set up with what we need. We have our computers, a decent internet connection, and enough chairs for everyone. The walls are mostly bare, and we haven't spent much time on interior design because we are usually too busy looking at our monitors. Sometimes the cows walk past the entrance, and the local shops nearby are where we get our daily snacks. It is a grounded place to work. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles; we just show up and handle whatever tasks are on the schedule for that day. The power can be a bit unreliable at times, but we have a backup to keep the computers running so we don't lose any work. It is an honest living in a part of town that feels very real and unpolished. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on the work we are doing.
