Varisha4U Solutions Llp operates out of Flat 801 in Tower C at Amrapali Platinum. Being in Sector 119 is quite convenient for us. It’s a residential building, so the office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a few rooms set up with workstations. The light is actually pretty good because we are up on the eighth floor. We don't have any big logos on the walls or a receptionist waiting to greet people. Usually, you just ring the bell and one of us will let you in. We spend a lot of time on calls and doing technical work on our laptops. Sometimes the society rules are a bit strict about visitors, but we manage. The kitchen is always stocked with biscuits and tea bags. We aren't some massive firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us trying to make things work. The commute to Sector 119 is okay for most of the team, and we like that it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. We don’t really do formal meetings. Most of our planning happens while we're eating lunch at the main table. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get very busy at times. If the power goes out, the backup takes a second to kick in, which is always a bit of a moment. We just keep things moving as best as we can without making things fancy.
