V M Technocoating

We are based out of Site-4 in the UPSIDC area over in Surajpur. Our unit is E-81. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a lot of factories and sheds lined up together. At V M Technocoating, we spend our time on the shop floor mostly. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find people wearing suits. We are usually covered in whatever we are working with that day. The machines run for most of the shift, and the noise is just something we’ve gotten used to. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a while. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising. Most people find us because they need something coated and they heard we were here. The office is just a small room off to the side with a couple of desks and a fan. We keep our records there and handle the billing. It’s practical. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a part, and that’s when things get slow, but usually, we are humming along. Surajpur is a busy hub, so there are always suppliers and couriers dropping things off at our door. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just make sure the jobs get finished before the end of the day. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us and our customers.
