Uttkrist Innovations is over in Sector-63, Noida, at H-213. If you’ve ever been to Sector-63, you know it’s basically the heart of the industrial and IT area here. There are blocks and blocks of buildings just like ours. H-213 is a straightforward office space. It’s not meant to be a design marvel; it’s meant for working. We have our desks, some whiteboards that are usually covered in messy scribbles, and a lot of computers. The air conditioning is always running because the Noida heat is no joke. We spend our time working on various new ideas, though most of the time it just feels like hard work and trying to get things to run properly. We aren't a company that cares about titles or fancy office furniture. We’d rather spend that money on better hardware or just keeping the lights on. Lunch is usually something ordered in or brought from home, eaten while we talk about anything except work for a few minutes. It’s a very typical Noida work life. We deal with the usual stuff like traffic at the 63 intersections and the busy crowds at the local stalls. We are just one of many teams in this sector trying to build something useful. It’s not always pretty, but it’s our daily reality and we’re okay with that. We just show up and do what we do.
