Usoft Services Private Limited is located at 36 Sector A in Shantipuram. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to some of the more central parts of the city. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. The office is just a regular building where we have our setup. It isn't anything you'd see in a magazine, but it’s functional and that’s what matters to us. We have enough space for everyone to have their own desk without being too cramped. Most days are pretty routine. We come in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. We offer various services and that keeps us on our toes because no two days are exactly the same. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry too much about having a fancy front desk. We just focus on getting the tasks finished. The team is small and we all get along well enough. We usually take turns bringing in snacks or ordering tea from the local guy. There’s a sense of just being a local business that does its job without any extra drama. We like the peace and quiet of Shantipuram. It allows us to focus on the work without too many interruptions. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to provide a good service to the people who need it. It’s a simple life here.
