Upmax India is located at A 46 in Sector 92. Noida is a big place, and Sector 92 is one of those areas that feels a bit more spread out compared to the central hubs. We like it here because it’s not as loud. Our office is a straightforward building. We don’t have a glass facade or a glowing sign on the roof. Inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of wires running everywhere. We started Upmax because we wanted to do things our own way, without having to follow a corporate handbook. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the staff to get here, but once we’re all in, it’s a good atmosphere. We spend our days dealing with various business tasks, mostly focused on the Indian market. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to be reliable. There’s a lot of talk in the industry about growth and scaling, but we mostly just talk about how to fix the current bugs or how to finish the next report. The Gautam Buddha Nagar area is full of companies like ours, just people putting in the hours. We don’t have a lot of meetings about meetings. Usually, if something needs to be said, we just shout across the room. It’s efficient and keeps us from wasting time on things that don't matter.
