Unishilp Security

Unishilp Security is based out of B-11 in Sector 7, Noida. It’s a pretty standard spot in this part of the city. We have a small office here where we handle all the scheduling for the guards and the security work we do. If you walk into our place, you’ll see a lot of registers and files because we still like to keep track of things on paper alongside the computers. It’s a bit of an older building, but it works for us. Sector 7 is a mix of different types of businesses, so there is always a lot of movement around B-11. We spend our mornings talking to the staff and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be for their shifts. It gets pretty hectic in the summer when the Noida heat is really bad, but we just keep the office cool enough to get through the paperwork. We aren't trying to be some big multinational corporation. We are just a local security firm trying to keep things organized. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we know the local area like the back of our hands. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important, and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. We usually have a lot of people coming in and out, so the door is always swinging open. It’s just how we operate every day.
