Our office is located at the Grand Omaxe residential complex on the Expressway in Sector-93B, Noida. Specifically, we are in Alpine C, unit 706. Working out of a high-rise like this is a bit different from a standard office building. We get to see the traffic moving on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway from the windows, which is quite a sight during the evening. Unihubsoftech Private Limited is basically a small team working out of this apartment-turned-office. It has a very lived-in feel, which is nice because it doesn't feel cold or corporate. The security at the gate is quite strict, so we always have to tell them who is coming and going. We have our servers and desks set up in the main rooms, and the balcony is a good spot to stand for a minute when we need a break from the monitors. Being in Sector-93B means we are a bit away from the main city noise, though the expressway is always humming. We usually order in or use the local shops inside the complex for our snacks. It is a comfortable setup that suits the way we work. There is no big boardroom here, just a dining table that we use for our quick morning catch-ups. It is simple and it works for us. Sometimes we forget how high up we are until we look out and see the tiny cars. It is a decent place for a small group to get things done.
