You can find Unic Business Marketing Private Limited over at SRS Residency in Sector-88. We are set up in Flat No- A1/11/88/1104, which is technically care of Ranjeet Kumar Singh. It’s a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. We spend our days here working on marketing plans and talking to clients on the phone. Sector-88 is still developing, so sometimes there is construction noise outside, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. The flat is usually full of papers and laptops. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people sitting around the table trying to figure out the best way to get a project finished. It’s a bit of a trek to get up to the 11th floor if the lift is acting up, but the view is alright. We started here because it was convenient and saved on the high costs of a commercial office in the city center. It feels more personal this way. We don't have uniforms or a strict clock-in system. If the work is there, we stay late. If it’s slow, we take a longer break. It’s a simple way to run things. Most of our work happens digitally anyway, so as long as we have a decent connection and some coffee, we are good to go. It’s just us doing our thing in Sector-88. We really like the community feel of living and working in the same complex.
