Tricon Avd Solutions is tucked away over in B-68, Sector 36. It’s a decent enough building, though it’s starting to show its age a little bit around the edges. We’ve got our setup inside where we deal with all the different audio and video hardware that comes through. Most of the time, the place is a bit of a mess with cables and various pieces of equipment sitting on workbenches. We don’t really worry about making it look like a showroom because that’s not really how we work. It’s more of a workshop feel. Being in Sector 36 is alright, it's fairly easy for people to drop by, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive at the wrong hour. We started this because we liked fiddling with tech, and now it’s just our daily routine. We have a small team here. A few of us have been together since the start, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge HR department; it's just us figuring things out as we go. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and that’s a bigger crisis than anything else happening that day. We just try to fix what needs fixing and keep the projects moving along. It's a steady life, and we like the community here in the sector. Nothing too fancy, just us and our tools. We just keep our heads down and work.
